Before purchase
Please review the product format, contents, health boundary, price, and delivery method before completing checkout. The storefront offers a detailed preview so the purchase can be considered in advance.
After purchase
For a duplicate charge, failed delivery, corrupted file, or another order issue, use the support route supplied in the payment receipt. Include the order reference, but never send full payment-card details.
Applicable law
Nothing in this policy limits a mandatory right or remedy available under applicable consumer law. Where required law conflicts with provider terms, required law controls.
